Intimate Celebration Packages

The Pavilion on San Tan Blvd offers thoughtfully curated packages for elopements, micro weddings, rehearsal dinners, vow renewals, bridal showers, baby showers and private celebrations for up to 60 guests. Inspired by the charm of European garden gatherings and the warmth of Little Italy courtyards, our romantic private garden space in Queen Creek, Arizona blends natural stone, greenery and open-air beauty to create a timeless and intimate setting for your celebration.

Micro-Elopement

$350/HR. - minimum 2 hrs

Designed for couples who desire intimate, beautiful and intentionally simple.

Includes:
• Courtyard & Portico for 0–10 guests
• $25 per additional guest up to 16
• Parking for 12 vehicles
• White folding chairs
• Access to all curated photo backdrops throughout the property
• Access to LaCasita Hideaway for getting ready, quiet moments and photo opportunities.

LaCasita Elopement Escape

$2,200

Celebrate your love with an intimate ceremony and a homemade or catered meal of your choosing. Perfect for couples seeking a relaxed and meaningful celebration surrounded by their closest family and friends.

The Little Italy Garden Micro Wedding

$4,400

Exchange vows in our Little Italy–inspired courtyard. A beautiful micro wedding experience designed for meaningful celebrations with family and friends. 


  • 40 guests + couple
  • 12 hour property access
  • 4 hours with guests
  • Farewell hour
  • Parking for 12 vehicles 
  • Includes Special Event Insurance

The Garden Gathering at LaCasita

$1,000

A charming setting for an adult dinner, bridal shower or baby shower. Enjoy a relaxed gathering in our Little Italy–inspired space, designed for meaningful moments and beautiful memories.


  • 60 max 
  • 6 hr courtyard OR social garden access 
  • 2 hr for decor, 3 hr celebration or dinner, 1 hr farewell & clean up 
  • Parking for 12 vehicles

Additional Costs

  • 1-Day Special Event Insurance
  • $250 refundable security deposit when extra vendors are brought in
  • $200 - Late Pick-Up (by 11 AM following day)

The Little Italy Celebration

$2,000

Host your celebration in our Little Italy–inspired courtyard with 4 hrs of celebration time. Perfect for rehearsal dinners and special gatherings. 


  • 60 max
  • 12 hr courtyard access
  • Drop off, decorate, go to rehearsal, return for dinner 

Additional Costs

  • 1 Day Special Event Insurance required
  • $250 refundable security deposit 
  • $200 - Late Pick-Up (by 11 AM following day)
  • $200 - 1 Night Stay for Two
  • $500 - 1 Night Stay for Two + “Get Ready Morning”

*2 day special event insurance if rental goes beyond 24 hours

Property Style & Setup

The Pavilion on San Tan Blvd is styled with Little Italy–inspired touches, thoughtfully arranged throughout the courtyard to create a romantic and intimate atmosphere.


Hosts are welcome to bring personal decor; however, all client-provided decorations must be set up and removed by the client or their designated helpers.

What Clients Provide

For all events, clients are responsible for coordinating the following services and items:

  • Catering
  • Bartending services
  • Personalized Decor 
  • Dinner-ware
  • Drink-ware
  • Utensils
  • Removal of all personal items brought on property
  • Removal of all catering items and clean up of The Food Pavilion 

*Recommend the use of plastic instead of glass. 

*Glassware and other breakable items limited to seating area


Vendor Services

The Pavilion on San Tan Blvd does not provide catering or bartending services directly. Clients may hire licensed off-site catering and bartending vendors of their choice. All vendor services and costs are arranged separately between the client and the vendor.


Some packages may include the following additional requirements or options:

  • Special Event Insurance (1–2 days depending on package)
  • $200 - Late Pick-Up (by 11 AM, following day)
  • Optional LaCasita Hideaway overnight stay upgrades for select packages

All events at The Pavilion on San Tan Blvd are by scheduled appointment only. Final pricing and package details are provided after tour. 

Photography Sessions at The Pavilion

The Pavilion on San Tan Blvd offers a beautifully styled, Little Italy–inspired garden setting, ideal for timeless and romantic photography.


For liability and safety reasons, all photography sessions must be scheduled in advance and coordinated directly through a professional photographer.


If you have a photographer, they must contact us directly to arrange availability and scheduling. If needed, we are happy to recommend trusted photographers who are familiar with the property.


Photography sessions are subject to availability and existing event bookings. All guests and vendors are expected to respect the property, landscaping and décor at all times.


For availability, your photographer may contact us directly to coordinate your session.
