The Pavilion on San Tan Blvd is designed for intimate celebrations and can accommodate up to 60 guests depending on the package selected.


Wedding packages include the venue’s signature setup, which features tables, chairs, tablecloths, chair covers, centerpieces and chargers arranged in our Little Italy–inspired garden setting.


To maintain the atmosphere of our intimate garden venue and to help preserve the landscaping and décor, The Pavilion is designed for adult-focused celebrations.


The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests. Any damage to landscaping, décor, or property may result in repair or replacement charges.


The Pavilion on San Tan Blvd does not provide catering or bartending services directly. Clients are welcome to hire licensed off-site vendors of their choice.


Yes. Clients are welcome to bring additional personal decorations. All client-provided décor must be set up and removed by the client or their designated helpers.


Yes. Plates, glassware and utensils can be provided for $10 per person, if needed.


Yes. Special Event Insurance is required for most events. The number of days required depends on the package selected.


Some packages include a 1-night stay in LaCasita Hideaway for two. Additional overnight stay options may be available depending on the package and availability.


All events must conclude by the scheduled end time listed in the package. Late pick-up until 11 AM the following day is available for $200.


Yes. Tours are available by appointment only. Because the venue is located on private property, all tours must be scheduled in advance. Please contact us to arrange a time to visit the space and discuss available packages.


To reserve your date, please contact us to check availability and discuss your event details. Booking details and next steps will be provided after your inquiry.


No. The Pavilion on San Tan Blvd is a private venue and is not open for public visits.


Yes. A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the selected package price is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.


The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the event date. At that time, clients must also provide:

  • Special Event Insurance and Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement
  • Valid identification/license


Your event date is officially reserved once the retainer and signed agreement have been received.


Yes, photography sessions are welcome at The Pavilion. For liability and safety reasons, all sessions must be scheduled in advance and coordinated through a professional photographer. Photographers are required to contact us directly to arrange availability.


If you do not have a photographer, we are happy to recommend trusted professionals who are familiar with the space.
