Liability Waivers

The Pavilion on San Tan Blvd requires all event hosts and photographers to sign a Liability Waiver and provide proof of Special Event Insurance prior to their event or photography session.

Private party hosts must secure Event Liability Insurance at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to provide proof of insurance within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the event reservation without refund.
