Liability Waivers

The Pavilion on San Tan Blvd requires all Host or Photographer to sign a Liability Waiver prior to private party or photography session.  In addition, private party host must secure Event Liability Insurance at least 30 days prior to your event date- otherwise, private party will be canceled and there will be no refund.
